To familiarize participants with examples of good practice in Science and Mathematics teaching demonstrated by work developed under the ISSUE Comenius 2.1 project. |

This course is aimed at teachers/teachers-trainers, from any level of education, who are interested in designing teaching-learning sequences and developing the skills necessary to run online science courses with their students.
Participants will work on the course learning how to use the virtual learning environment (VLE) called Moodle. Don't worry if you have no experience of VLEs or online learning!
Participants in the course will play a double role. On the one side they will play the role of the 'students' performing some of the learning activities designed by ISSUE project (2007eLearning award for mathematics an science). On the other side, they will design moodle learning activities and reflect on their own practice using a model of pedagogy that includes plenty of group work.
